This app wont download my purchase, Ive uninstalled 2x, rebooted & still nothing. I want a rebate on purchased mag!!!!
The app did not download the whole magazine. I can only read the first 4 pages. I would like the entire magazine or a credit of $2.99 please.
Since I have not been able to download the last issue I purchased, for over a week, due to technical difficulties, & no one has yet responded to the email I sent asking for help, I am going to have to say that this app is a dud!

This magazine app is so buggy and their support is more than lousy. Sometimes, my subscription (magazine is weekly) does not update for weeks even when new issues are out. No matter what you do it would not find any new issues to download. Sometimes, the subscription itself is buggy and it does not detect I have a subscription for weeks as well. Customer service is slim to none. Save yourself the headaches and frustration and dont subscribe to this.
